Safe treatment of wastewater to the required limit values

In precipitation, dissolved ions are converted into insoluble compounds in physico-chemical reactions triggered by the addition of suitable chemicals that are partly developed in house. In the subsequent flocculation, the tiny solid particles coalesce to form larger-size flocs. Both process steps can be designed in batch operation or continuous operation (stirred-tank cascade), depending on the type and quantity of wastewater.

Once we have created your tailor-made plant solution, we can implement it with bespoke Envochem® plant solutions, EnviModul modular plants or Split-O-Mat® SOM compact plants.

Both round or rectangular tanks and lamella plate clarifiers can be used to separate the sludge flocs sedimented from the treated wastewater, depending on the type of wastewater contamination and volume of wastewater.

Our experienced experts also plan and implement the subsequent cost-optimised, efficient sludge dewatering and disposal for you.

  • Wastewater pretreatment for further cleaning steps through to [TR1] water recycling
  • Emulsion splitting to separate oils, fats and hydrocarbons

  • Removal of precipitable anions (phosphate, sulphate, fluoride)
