In the petrochemical industry, alkaline washing processes for oil product desulphurisation purposes result in spent alkaline solutions, known as spent caustic or sour water, which contain toxic organic compounds as well as highly concentrated sulphur compounds. Our plant solutions for process water treatment ensure trouble-free production, even if the process water contains difficult-to-remove wash water components, such as red oil.
