Cleaning and stabilising membrane plants
Clogging can occur during the operation of a membrane system such as ultrafiltration or reverse osmosis, leading to a drop in performance or system failure. We use special antiscalants and membrane cleaners to counteract this and to increase cleaning intervals.
We select high-performance cleaners that are precisely matched to your system and needs, and that also remove difficult silicate or gypsum scaling.
Our membrane-compatible biocides reliably prevent contamination and clogging by biofilms (fouling).
We have developed a special process for cleaning the membranes used to separate biosludge in membrane bioreactors (MBR). This process has no negative effect on the biomass, while reliably cleaning the membrane surfaces.
