What did we do?
The Lugan® 1.500 R wastewater treatment system in the EnviModule ensures reliable compliance with the local limits for discharge into the sewerage system.
Task
A new wastewater treatment plant called for reliable compliance with the official limit values for hydrocarbons and pH value.
This was a prerequisite for operating the scrap yard.
Solution
The experts from EnviroChemie gave the customer in-depth advice before starting on the design of a suitable wastewater treatment plant.
Tests and analyses were conducted in the company’s own laboratories so that the system could be designed and planned especially for the treatment of the scrap yard’s wastewater. A Lugan® 1.500R flotation system in the EnviModul plant room with a throughput of 1,500 l/h was the perfect solution for the treatment performance needed.
The plant was built at the Rossdorf site, before being installed and commissioned by EnviroChemie fitters at the customer’s premises.
