The Split-O-Mat® SOM 300F wastewater treatment system for reliable compliance with local limits for discharge into the sewerage system.
Task
Industrial and commercial washing stations produce wastewater containing mineral oil and solids when
cleaning tools contaminated with plaster, paint or grout. This water needs to be treated to meet the official
limit values for hydrocarbons, before being discharged into the public sewer system.
Solution
Experts from EnviroChemie gave the customer in-depth advice, before starting on the design of a suitable wastewater treatment plant. Tests and analyses were conducted in the company’s own laboratories, so that the system could be designed and planned especially for the wastewater treatment.
The Split-O-Mat® SOM 300F plant with a throughput of 300 l/h was the perfect solution for the required
treatment performance. It was constructed by EnviroChemie fitters at the Rossdorf site, before being installed and commissioned at the customer’s premises.
EnviroChemie experts also helped the customer with the permit planning process.
