ENGINEERING

WE CONTINUE TO DEVELOP!

EnviroChemie sees itself as a partner for its customers, from the first consultation via planning and construction up to plant start-up. We offer everything from a single source.

  • Planning
  • Plant construction
  • Plant start-up and optimisation
  • Process optimisation.

Our objective: efficient solutions!

Made in Germany/Swiss made

Our production facilities are located in Germany and Switzerland. Key process components such as pumps, valves, fittings, measurement and control equipment come from leading German and Swiss suppliers. Customer benefits include long service life, high energy efficiency and a reliable long-term supply of replacement parts.

Planning

The characteristics ascertained, results of laboratory and pilot tests, structural requirements and the customer’s budget are taken into consideration in basic planning. Once basic planning is concluded, the procedural process is defined and the main procedural components are determined. The necessary construction measures are defined. Both plant production and operating costs are largely determined. At this point, EnviroChemie prepares a detailed quotation for the detail engineering and supplying the equipment. In order to offer customers outstanding solutions at all times, EnviroChemie focuses on planning processes it has developed in-house.

Plant production

Due to international customers’ demanding requirements, EnviroChemie manufactures key components at its own facilities. This enables plant components and modules to be preassembled so that they can be put together quickly on building sites without any loss of quality. Our manufacturing facilities are also used as a training centre for specialised fitters.

Plant start-up and optimisation

Process water and wastewater treatment plants are often launched at the same time as new production processes are started. During this time they need to be adapted perfectly to the specific water and wastewater qualities. Here optimum operating data and costs must be considered. Process engineers from the fields of chemistry, biology, mechanical and electrical engineering with many years of experience are key to effective start-ups.

Process optimisation

During the typically long service life of a water and wastewater plant, frequent changes occur in the composition of media and in requirements for cleaning quality. Cost savings of up to 50% can be achieved by rechecking all fundamentals, optimising some process steps, using optimum process chemicals and through staff training.
