In the year 2000 a new high speed train cleaning plant was constructed at Frankfurt. EnviroChemie’s Envochem® waste water treatment plant is to be found in the adjoining building next to the extensive cleaning plant. The water used for washing is treated in three separate water circuits. In all three circuits the waste water is mechanically freed and cleansed of impurities by means of self-cleaning reverse filters, so that it is finally ready for re-use within the plant. Since the most impure waste water results from the first cleaning phase, this circuit is linked to a generator where the water is cleaned chemically and physically. The resulting recycled water can either be separated and re- used in the various circuits or released into the canalisation. All standards laid down by the authorities are more than adhered to.
