The Envochem® COL L process is particularly suitable for treating heavily to moderately polluted industrial wastewater and rinsing water with low solids content while offering high availability and maximum ease of operation.

Envochem® COL L is a continuously operating wastewater treatment process for cleaning industrial wastewaters based on the precipitation/flocculation principle. Envifloc® treatment chemicals are optimised for wastewater treatment processing while minimising the chemical consumption.
Sludge drainage is achieved by using a chamber filter press and the cleaned wastewater is subjected to final filtration with a special automated filter.  
 
The Envochem® COL L process is particularly suitable for treating wastewaters containing low to average concentrations of emulsified, dissolved and particulate harmful substances. 

• Camera monitoring of measurement values and precipitation process
• Automatic control of precipitation / flocculation via a turbidity measurement and control unit
• Mobile control platform or standard platform for maintenance and operation of the measurement and mechanical equipment
