Envochem® Waste water treatment plant for dye and latex waste water
The waste water from both processes is stored separately in large tanks. After the quality of both types of waste water has been homogenized, it is pumped automatically into the treatment reactor. While the agitators are running, ferric chloride, lime milk and flocculant are automatically dosed. The impurities are joined in filterable solids and form a sediment after the agitator has been turned off. After a final pH test, the resulting clear water is discharged.
A chamber filter press compresses the sediment sludge into filter cake.
