- Laundry waste water - HTS
Treatment of effluents from laundries by Envopur® UFI 2.000 NA membrane technology
Plant Description:
The company boco in Heidenheim, Germany, provides laundry services for professional clothing. The laundry produces highly contaminated waste water which must be processed to meet the standards of appendix 55 of the German waste water ordinance:
- 1. Fine straining
- 2. Waste water buffer
- 3. Neutralization
- 4. Removal of heavy metals with organic sulfide compound
- 5. Ultra-filtration incl. CIP-Station
- 6. Cooling of waste water with heat exchanger
The waste water treatment plant Envopur® is designed for continuous automated operation. The programmable logic controller manages all processes, including the various steps for cleansing the ceramic membranes. A touch screen controls operation and displays a visual representation of the processes.
Capacity (filtrate quantities):
| Ultra-filtration plant UFI: | 40m³/d |
| with a 2nd module, can be increased to | 80m³/d |
