In order of world famous colour manufacturers CBW Chemie GmbH Bitterfeld-Wolfen produces stable and high-quality dye solution concentrates upon given as well as own formulas. The core production process – membrane filtration of liquid dyes – takes place in the Envopur® NFI diafiltration plant. The multi-staged production process requires:

• loading and dissolving of dry staff powder
• transfer of the solution into the treatment tank
• desalination of the liquid dyes
• concentration of the liquid dyes
• transfer of the concentrate to the product discharge station
• cleaning of the system equipment under high pressure by means of Envopur® CIP cleaning unit

 
The components of the completely in stainless steel erected production plant are delivered in compact system units of high prefabrication degree. Through that, a clear and simple assembly on site was enabled. The plant was finished and put into operation in 2/3 of the originally planed delivery time of 12 months.
